What is wrong with my tank corner?

hey this is my Fish Tank 20 gallon with a filter topfin I ordered a 30 gallon Marineland Penguin 200 filter used in four days I saw seven fish a catfish and a Raphael catfish Hoplo and 5, Cory catfish are discusting I bacterial bloom just over I heard this tank would last two and a half weeks, and I used Seachem stability for seven days and this cloud is whitish brown, but brown driftwood and rocks, please help!
